Falkirk did not have a suitable stadium. They fell foul of the rules. They were denied promotion.

Celtic had a suitable stadium and were making improvements that made it the biggest and best stadium in the country. Celtic were not seeking promotion either.

Making improvements? Celtic had already been allowed to play a season in the piggery that contravened the SPL's Stadia rules. They got by the regulations the following season by putting in 15000 temporary seats. League rules were flouted to allow Celtic use of Hampden whilst their stadium was demolished and rebuilt.

If their stadium was demolished how did they have a suitable stadium?

Falkirk were denied promotion 3 times because the SPL clubs votes against them getting. That includes Celtic who were in the same position stadia wise and the other scum club Aberdeen who would have been relegated.
