Twitter is on fire with the news that rangers share trading has been suspended. Sure this is another celtic conspiracy...
I don't think the suspension of shares will have any deep or immediate effect on the club but it is yet another example of Rangers having it's reputation dragged through the gutter. It seems nearly every other week there's a negative story about the club whether it be this or the tax men turning up at the door or unpaid bills or ex-employees taking them to court and having assets frozen. Changed days since the Murray empire had it's evil tentacles in the Scottish media and everything was reported as rosy in the garden. Changed days indeed.
Harry, there will be few rushing to buy Rangers players, for two reasons Rangers are in a financial down slide. Every couple days, Rangers are more anxious to sell and their players are worth less and less. The other reason most if not all the Rangers players are of little value to any other team. When any of this mob move on, it will be like starting all over again in their career. They will have to learn the proper rules eg. trying to cut a player in two, or going over the top two footed with studs showing are red cards everywhere else. Refs won't give 3 or 4 penalties without reason. However they will love not having to pay a coach fare to away games.

Brockway, Third Lanark, Airdrieonians, Ogdenville, Livingstone, North Haverbrook all have the Monorail.
I am sure we will hear from Rangers about what a great thing it is. Put simply when they pull out of the SE in May they will need to release very little information regarding the accounting of the club. This seems to be Craig Whytes ultimate goal.
Hardly a word about it in the papers today ,the daily Hun has them spending 2 million on a Spanish striker !!! Has words reached Spain he would have to pay the 2 million himself
A good article in the Scotsman about it: http://www.scotsman.com/sport/footb...for_rangers_as_shares_are_suspended_1_2045765
