I had to get up in to my loft a few days ago to destroy a wasps nest and was disgusted by all the crap thrown around up there. It set me on a mission for a 'loft clear out'. My mrs climbed up there today and made a start. She has just removed from a box a yellow signed Bristol City Keepers jersey (round neck) number 14 with Stowell on the back (Mike Stowell I presume?) the most amazing thing about this is I have absolutely no memory of how I came about having this item?? I recognise Bradley Orrs and Matt Hills signature but cant get the rest. How random is that?
your mrs hid it up there as Mike Stowell left it on the bedroom floor after giving her a good fisting and since then every 'visitor' signs it!
Thats one explanation.! Cant see her getting much fun out of Matt Hills tiny Winnie The Pooh hands though?
Massive's conclusion is the only thing I can think off as well mate. I would sit her down and just ask her outright, you don't want to let her think she can try her luck with JET mate that could ruin any future fun for you. Be like chucking your knob into a pillow case. Much Love Dear Deidre
Don't know if this will help but from memory I think 2004/05 season would have been the only time those 3 players would have been in the same team because Hill to P.N.E. and Stowell to be keeper coach at Leicester both left about that time and Bradley Orr arrived from Newcastle at about that time.
Though thinking about it Stowell wore the number 14 shirt the season before could it have been something to do with the Millenium stadium win in the FLT that year though I don't think Orr was with us then, The following year Stowell had the number 25 or 27 shirt I think.
To hell with which players were where at any given time banksy because if I were you I'd have a good stiff talking to the wife and sort it out so to speak (lol).
Two things Have you got ANY City videos in amongst the footy shirts? Let I know will transfer to DVD free of charge Secondly bring the stuff along to my programme fair at Ashton Gate on sunday 29th september
Been racking my brains as to when you might have got that shirt and I think it would be Stowell's shirt from the Millenium Stadium 2003/04 but would have been signed the following year when he retired from football which is the only way Orr and Hill could have signed the same shirt so you probably got it 2004/05 don't know if that jogs any of the little grey cells.
Hawky I genuinely have no memory of getting this shirt? The rest of you can **** right off... I would take a photo but apparently any photo files from her are too large,??
