Always been my favourite Chelsea player. His energy and dynamism is simply unreal. He was fantastic last night and the goal was wonderful. Always scores key goals for us. He and Adebayor were the best players on the pitch by a country mile.

He won't get the plaudits that a Mata, Oscar or Hazard will but he's up there with the best. His ball retention and passing isn't always great but he makes up for it in other areas. Last season he and Mata carried us and its no surprise that when his form curtailed in November we won't off the boil.

There is no player that performs more consistently in the big games than Ramires.

Much like Essien in his prime really, the energy is unreal. The future of Chelsea are the likes of Luiz, Ramieres, Hazard, Oscar and Mata. Whoever is the next manager must adopt a system to get the best out of these 5 in particular.

He's excellent, his only downfall is keeping hold of the ball and passing which is why he's poor in this current formation.

Thought he was also quite poor last night attacking wise. Defensively and box to box he's always brilliant.

He's a total headache in my opinion. Brilliant energy levels, box-to-box hurricane of a midfielder.

However, a passing team is only as good as its weakest link - if we're planning to build one with the likes of Mata and Hazard at the heart, I dunno whether his pros will outweigh his cons in the long run.

Invaluable contributions for his few years at Chelsea though.

I agree his passing could be better, but I'd rather have him in the team than out of it!
