well after todays performance im glad he wont be playing in the next game, lets be fair boys he is rubbish, bring bacuna back in midfield ,and why cant a left back play on the right,we have one fullback chomping on the bit to get a game,so why play a midfielder there, when it is obvious it does not suit him.I think Harris is a one trick pony, and ok we won 4 games on the trot but I think 2 were very lucky to get 3 points, today told you that a change must come in the new year.I think the taxi is filling up with fuel, just saying.

That was an unexpected horrible defeat, very few came out of that with any credit. FFS give Morrison a rest! :emoticon-0103-cool:

If Ralls was put up for sale hed get a top Championship club. He played badly today though as did virtually all of them. Created both goals in midweek.

Can't blame just Ralls when all were poor. I'm struggling to think of anyone who had a half reasonable game. Ojo maybe? Moore had no protection as usual. On a few occasions he was jumping against 3 or 4 defenders.

No use moaning. They were the better team. Their early goal meant they could play their game at their tempo. Plug clearly learned from Warnock in the art of slowing the game down when ahead. Some of their players spent more time rolling around the ground instead of playing.

However they knew how to play an incompetent ref. Whenever one of them fell over ( not used to good grass) 3 or 4 surrounded him moaning about our players. Didn't see us doing that.

There is a fundamental lack of urgency about our play. When we had the ball we were so pedestrian through midfield.

Looks like Moore will be out Wednesday. Ralls is suspended and others like Wilson and Harris and possibly Morrison need a rest. That leaves us in a very weak position as our bench is far from strong.

Does Harris have the ability to motivate a depleted squad? I doubt it.

    Hiya robbie.

It's all ifs and buts I know, but if we'd lost a couple of those 4 games we won on the bounce after we'd lost to you, you'd be above us in the table right now - FACT (and I'm not a Forest fan either). It really is that tight in mid table.

The best we can say is that those 4 wins (12 points) we got should keep us out of the relegation scrap - for now........<laugh>

Andy mate, you know I'm not a gloating bast*rd (or a Jack), but feck me I didn't expect that result!!! Watching the game, what does Morrison bring to the team apart from being a lump who sometimes heads the ball? most sides have one cb who can bring the ball out but seems he just wants to lump it away and not always towards Moore. Looks like Uber are on speed dial for MH soon.

Morrison has never been quick but has usually managed to get himself out of tricky situations. His distribution has never been exactly silky.

However he seems to have been found out this season at both ends of the field, e.g. inadequate defending when goals conceded, yesterday and Bristol City spring to mind, opponents seem to be targeting him with their quicker forwards (few seem to have big centre forwards which suit him - he should do better against Jutk.... - Birmingham's big guy whose name I can't say or spell) and while he remains a threat for us at set pieces most teams know how to mark him and his goals scored rate has greatly reduced.

Perhaps he is more noticeable due to his luxurious mane, but you're right, he is not enjoying a good season.

His centre back partner, Nelson, is doing better and has the ability to bring the ball out of defence. He is also quick and gives good cover at the back.

Our cover for Morro is either Bamba (who is probably passed it) or Benkovic, on loan from Leicester. We haven't seen him yet so don't know how good he is. I can't see him being thrown in against Brum.

All told, despite 4 wins after losing to you, yesterday's loss and the manner of it was a real kick in the nuts. Harris needs to do another magician's act to pull things together on Wednesday, without Ralls - suspended, probably Moore - injured, and with others like Wilson and Harris looking tired and leggy.

Our bench yesterday didn't offer much. Hoilett might be back but he is not the force he was and our other 2 absentees, Tutu and Tomlin won't be seen for a while.

Having pulled ourselves up to 9th, we could well start tumbling back down again. After Brum we have Norwich away so if the Jack's gave Morro a tough time what will Puki do to him?

Where does " played badly " end, and not being allowed to play, begin ?

Lib, I would suggest that a good player when playing well will adapt the style and at least make a good fist of oneself. Playing badly, he/she will need poorer opposition to shine.
