Great news that Radz bought ER, we're slowly coming back together as a proper club, structure wise, as you said billy, the former rent money can be put into other things to improve and upgrade. However, and I don't mean to put a damper on it, if I read the articles correctly, LUFC don't actually own ER. We have to have it in the back of our minds that another business group actually own ER, and at some stage they may want a profit return for their investment. On the other hand, I can see why Radz and co did it the way they did, it means GFH can have no claim on ER as an asset..........well done Mr Radz..... The players who have been signed, and/or are close to signing show Radz wants the best for Leeds United, and shows he's prepared to at least go close to doing whatever it takes. No doubt he'll face some obstacles, like the effing FL, but I think he wants what the fans want too..... The players, and how they respond on pitch still remains to be seen. I personally like the sound of Klich, this is a promotion for him, so to speak, and I think he'll turn out to be a player we've needed for a while.
A simple check would tell you that both LUFC & ER are owned by Greenfield Investment Pte Ltd which is 100% owned by ASER Group Holding Pte Ltd which is 100% owned by Andrea Radrizzani.
But ER is not owned by Leeds United, hence why Radz said he wouldn't be charging LUFC rent, I thought that would be the clue for you. Excerpt taken from the paper, “When I met with management and supporters during my first few months at the club the purchase of Elland Road was very high on their list of priorities and I’m delighted to be able to announce that we have completed that process today.” This purchase now means the Whites will no longer pay Greenfield to rent out the stadium, which cost £1.7m a year.

Love ya humour Eric...... Point is, If LUFC own ER, then GFH have a claim because the value of the club increases. Radz would've done it in a way that GFH can't make a claim on it.....
If we were to change one letter in LL's name what options could we come up with? He does it all the time with Marcos Answers on a postcard to Broadcasting house PO Box etc etc Just for laughs and giggles
