I don't usually moan about humberside and I actually like burnsy and swanny's commentaries, what is starting to wind me up is how they pick little comments out of interviews that are days old e.g this mornings sports news reports Steve Bruce isn't worried about nick proswitch ( I know that's not spelt right) but its comments he made after Wednesdays game which we all prob heard at the time and then again yesterday. They have done this s bit lately on various city things so ffs of there's nothing to report then don't say anything rather regurgitate old stuff and try and make it into something and a story in my opinion it's just lazy and pointless !!! Rant over

I know a few people enjoyed the 5live 'commentary' but I thought it was dire, between the forced 'banter' (I hate that word!) and the look how many quality players Blackburn have discussions they actually did very little commentary on the game.

Humberside was a welcome relief from that crap, at least they knew who Blackburn we're playing.

off topic slightly, but did anybody have talksport on the way home the other night?
it turned into late night sleeze with Bobby Gould asking some Real Madrid reporter what she was wearing and what she wore for bed, then asking her to go on skype...it was quite surreal <laugh>

i think you will this is standard practice in the news production line. news should never be termed news. its a production line just like any other industries. they just try to sell it as 'up-to-the-minute' stuff. fact is that in spite of the opinions these hacks have of themselves, if they just reported 'news', as it clearly states on the bottle, they d be stuffed?

Not looking forward to burnsy and swanny talking about what they got up too last night in the capital all the way through the match. But while we put up with it nothing will change. Sent a e mail to humberside at the end of last season askin if burnsy could have a new city expert someone who wanted to be at the game not just cause he gets paid to pass comment . Swanny even two games in sounds like he would rather be somewhere else.

Burns is just embarrasing to listen to or even read on Twitter, I don't care what bars he's been to or what music he's listening to. If I was in a band I'd be embarrased to be flagged up by this old fart
