The worst team at the Bridge all season but we took advantage superbly. 'We're going to Germany, You're going to Barnsley'
You were out sung the whole game despite completely thrashing us Still, you did pummel us, mainly cos we were absolute ****e
Some of the quietest away fans all season; many did the fire drill after 25 mins. Understandable though. Emptiest away section I have ever seen after Torres HT on 65
That skinman twat seems to think the total opposite. On the TV there was a fella in a bayern shirt, unbelievable!!
Understanable their end was so quiet. let's be fair Drogs. Although their fans that left at 25 mins a disgrace; ones at 65 understandable
There was a 20 minute period of quietness after we were 4-0 down, but you were completely outsung in the first 15 minutes and still for the 2nd half, when we were taking the piss in the last 10 minutes your fans were bemused, they honestly didn't know what we were doing they were watching us instead of the match!! And maybe some of our fans left, but only 1 or 2 near me, 95% stayed, your whole stadium flooded out with 5 minutes to go We were the ones singing the fire drill song at you Yes, we played **** but we still outsung you, even you can accept nowadays the Bridge is a library, i'm sure Loftus Rd would be the same if we had won as much as you in the last 7 years, and i'll admit that
Fair play to Chelsea today. QPR players did not turn up and i am gutted. However Don't knock Barnsley because 90% of your plastics wouldn't go there if you had to play them. All day all i heard were tourists asking where the ground was. You don't have real fans just a bunch of 'multinational' tourists. If we do go down we will look forward to barnsley and other away grounds because thats what real fans do. Bunch of Jonny come roman muppets at the bridge these days.
The funny thing is it's not even a new chant! they're acting like it's brilliant but we sang it last year to relegation threatened teams but with Liverpool and Hartlepool
I doubt anyone actually left in the first half. Would they even be allowed out? At West Brom there were a couple of hundred drinking at the bar and watching the game on TV underneath the stand- odd I know.
I know a couple near me left at half time, and another guy when we went 5-0 down, most didn't leave, and we were great in the last 15 mins 'Can we play you every week' '6-0 and you ****ed it up'
We were chanting 'We're gonna win 7-6' as well Anyway, it's called taking the piss/having a sense of humour
Sometimes the away fans aren't let out before a certain point, particularly if a bit of trouble is expected. I was dragged to Port Vale years ago as a kid and my dad wanted to leave after an hour at 4-0 down but weren't allowed out for whatever reason, probably that the steward couldn't be arsed to unlock the gate. We actually drew 4-4.
Out of the London clubs, rangers were the quietest this season but can't blame them after being 4-0 down in their cup final and in effect being relegated. There were a lot of rangers fans in fancy dress, as blue plastic seats, especially after Torres scored on 65. It was a shame that when they got their first prem goal at the bridge for a generation, only half their fans were left to see it. Credit to the ones that stayed. Respect
