    What have I ever redefined?

    I don't know what you're referring to.
Please point out what I said or in what context I was saying it.

How can true atheism not bother itself with god when atheism is the dis-belief of god. I'm afraid comments like that show your ignorance.
'I bet a lot of 'athiests' are so because it is cool and dont know a thing about it.' Again another desperate generalisation which undermines how seriously you should be taken.
Again if you don't know the source or origin of the universe why do you have to believe that there is some kind of meta-physical creator? There may simply be a source or origin that is yet to be discovered.
Finally I'm amazed that you mention fairytales in connection with science. I guess that you believe Eve was created from Adam's rib and that she was tempted by a talking snake etc etc etc.

I cant be arsed looking through previous threads. However it was clear that you believed that athiesm didnt concern itself with deities and god

It was in the context of defining athiesm

athiesm in its true form is simple 'no deities'. those on here often are anti god. that was the point

I know quite a few athiests who could not argue their corner, just do so to be cool

yes and that source and origin will be the 'creator'

and not quite. However see the bones and woman example

Are you not a Muslim, then?

We don't know that all things have a creator.
You've repeatedly asserted that without even the slightest attempt to prove it.

The three words mean completely different things and the words creator and creation are too vague for what we're talking about.
If I say that I've created a painting, then people have a good idea what I mean.
If I say that I've created a universe, then that means something completely different.

    Wrong.

Atheists can't be anti-god, by definition.
Anti-theists are a separate argument, but you'd have to discuss that with them.

How am I supposed to address that?

He doesn't want to learn anything, so it's pretty pointless, really.
He asks for things and when those things are posted, he refuses to read any of it and just posts the same replies.

    Brainwashed and scared. <ok>

'no deities' And that means no god it's not rocket science.
'that source and origin will be the 'creator' WHY???? The source might have been an explosion which happened all by itself without a huge bearded bloke lighting a giant match.
Don't you see that you are clutching for an answer and any answer will do. You need to understand that things can remain unexplained.

I accept the unexplained, based on what we know though there is a suggestion of a creator. (bearing in mind this isnt a bearded bloke etc)

So some of your beliefs are stated by that fact.

Seriously, I've answered this about 10 times.
    Everything.
Nothing has a creator, in the sense that you're suggesting.

No they don't and you haven't demonstrated that they do, you've merely claimed it, repeatedly.
The universe doesn't need a creator.

    I already have.

    And you'd be wrong.
    Again.

You really don't get how this works, do you?
You're the one making the claim, so it's down to you to prove it.
    Sound familiar?

    You don't read them.
    The three-eyed monkey proved that.

that is an interesting point jack

    Athiesm literally means 'without god'

so would there be athiesm if there was no belief in god?

Will we ever know with 100% certainty which is more painful between getting kicked in the nuts or giving birth?

It's an interesting question since no one can compare the two as no one can experience both.
