Given our current league position, remaining fixtures, and Millwall's upturn in fortunes...

If you were offered needing a draw on the last day of the season v Blackpool to stay up, would you take it ?

    Personally, I would <cheers>

I would but I don't think it will come to it to be honest, just keep winning on Tuesdays and we will be fine.

He cleared it on Saturday from the edge of our box... to the half way line... furthest I've seen him kick it, sadly wasn't much power in it either

I'm hoping we will be safe by the time we kick off against Watford. Hoping.

I often think he has a forcefield around him, its amazing the way the ball just bounces off him.

I think it would depend on Blackpool's situation as well, if they were safe with nothing to play for it could be easier for us to go up there and get a point.

Praying all is sorted positively before then.

Blackpool are in utter freefall at the moment. We're currently 1 point behind them with 2 games in hand. I'm confident after last night that we'll be safe before the last game of the season, whereas they will still be right in the mix.

We do still need to beat Barnsley though.

No, at the moment I wouldn't take needing a draw. I think there is new purpose and spirit to this side under JR, and expect our Championship status to be secure by then. It had better be, because I go on holiday on that day, and might not even be able to keep in touch with the scores.

If Blackpool are in freefall, Leeds are even worse. Blackpool play Leeds this weekend. Then they play Burnley (possibly after Burnley get promoted). They also play Wigan ahead of the playoffs. I wouldn't be shocked if they picked up 6 points before the 3rd May, which would likely be enough to make them safe before then.
