Totally agree, too late now - bottom line is we just can't score goals with or against 10 or11 men. Another excellent save from Smithies - without him this could esaily be 5-0 or another Newcastle 6-0 result. Other teams seem to manage playing with 10 men - this is dire on our part.
Bollocks, that's why you don't give up. Lynch should have equalised. Perch you twat, apart from that and with an appalling ref thought we were ok and battled to the end. Under JFH that would have petered out at 2-0 but IH refused to let them give up.
There is no point trying to look for scapegoats, nothing positive comes from that. But have to say I feel extremely let down by James Perch tonight. Don't think there was anyway we would lose this 11v11. If Holloway puts him straight back in the starting lineup when he's back from suspension I will be even more disappointed. Should be left out to rot for weeks, reprimanded and docked two weeks pay for his stupidity.
