This is a little embarrassing... Yesterday was the first time I have been to QPR with my own smartcard since this system was introduced (I'd been borrowing a friend's for some games last season). Fortunately I had the print off of my e-ticket otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get in, and I do have a client reference number but it turns out my smartcard hasn't been activated according to the guy at the turnstile. Now, I've looked pretty much everywhere on the website and even read the letter which came with my card and I can't find any info on how to activate it. The next match I'm going to be able to make is the Villa one, so I've got plenty of time to find out, but if anyone on here can help that would be most appreciated.
