QPR are set to resume talks*over defender Nedum Onuohaâs proposed move to Loftus Road. Rangers were recently given the green light to speak to the former England Under-21 international after*reaching an agreement with*Manchester City. Onuoha put those discussions on hold for personal reasons but remains on course to make the switch to west London ahead of next weekâs transfer deadline. The 25-year-old has been out of favour at Eastlands for some time and spent last season on loan at Sunderland. Rangers have made approaches for a number of defenders but Onuoha was earmarked as a potential signing months ago and has long been their number one target. They were recently unable to persuade transfer-listed Chelsea centre-back Alex to join them and are considering whether to table another bid for Blackburnâs Chris Samba.
"Proposed" ??? i thought we had 'im! So, have we actually BOUGHT anybody at all? Not a LOAN deal like Taiwo, but actually spent money on as a permanent move?
