I am sure that he will be eased in gently we still have 75% of the season still to play so he has plenty of time to make an impact. Unless we play with a midfield of five I don´t like two wingers hogging the touchline Koren may get more space but what is more likely is that the opposition will out number us in the centre of midfield and we will struggle to get the ball out wide. Even in our third and Fourth division days when we had Price and Elliott out wide we did not dominate possession at home. We won matches then but we are playing better teams now and cannot rely anybody to score the number of goals Elliott for example scored.
It is plain to see that Big Nigel likes Cairney at the moment, and is happy to play a square peg in a round hole. Apart from the goal I thought Cairney outshone Koren against Watford.
