    Rangers plan Puncheon loan bid

NEIL Warnock is planning a loan swoop for wantaway Southampton winger Jason Puncheon.

Warnock wants to bring in three more players before the transfer window slams shut at the end of the month, with a wide man one of his targets.

QPR had been linked with a permanent move for the 25-year-old, who spent a spell on loan at Blackpool last season, only to be put off by his £1million price tag.

But Warnock is ready to end his nightmare spell on the south coast with a loan switch to Loftus Road.

Better than paying £1 mill at least.

If loan deals are what it takes to get players in whilst the takeover saga rumbles on then I guess its better then nothing! Hope it happens.

Be on the backburner like all the rest while this **** gets sorted.
It's a hard thing staying in the Prem, even IF everyone is pulling in the right direction.

Why do we even want Puncheon? Where the **** is he gonna play?

We need defensive reinforcements pronto, NW should be spending all his hours sorting this out, not chasing some second rate winger.

What we all need to understand is simple if we could go out and buy a Cole, Evra, or any world class player it would take time for them to gel and fuse.
We had four new starters on Sat playing for the first time at a frantic pace in our first game of the season.... sometimes you can try too hard and its doesn't flow.
Its was a Cup Tie feeling on Sat
Chill out with the negative vibes we have good players that will adapt and do well, score good goals and in time learn to preserve a lead and also step up a gear when required ... The two touch, quick football we all know is there at QPR will return. I suggest yoga for those who are suffereing

I agree, and I am patient and have been all summer. But Stevie Wonder can see we need 2 fullbacks and a centre back or we're in deep poop and we've needed these players for as long as I remember. We are pretty flush in attacking positions (imo) and certainly dont need another wing/striker so why are we pursuing this clown.

Go out and sign Ridgewell and Bartrand for saturday and I'll be back to being a happy chappie ;)

After watching smith on the weekend I wouldn't mind seeing another winger on board.....but not sure if I want this one??? If warnock doesn't bring in at least one cb and fb before the window closes, our away games against the big teams are gonna be very very long trips.

Puncheon must be one of the three 'top' players that we are going to sign before the end of the window.

    Do me a favour.

I agree with the comments made by bakes8 and Ciarrai, and to make it worse the Southampton fans are begging us to take him
