Anyone with a brain can see that we have two good goalkeepers... Gerken is uncertain at crosses but a good shot stopper. David James' entire career has included howlers followed by outstanding saves including many made this season and last. Looking at it the other way.. If Maynard has scored rather than hitting the post when 1 on 1 with the keeper we wouldn't have lost anyway. Stop looking for scapegoats.

Here's the deal - supporting City is like entering a marriage, albeit without nagging. We support the club "for better and for worse". Many of us remember the dark days of sliding from the first division to the fourth. Anyone too young to remember those days have no idea of the pain that caused. But we regrouped, played a bunch of kids for a while and slowly clawed our way back.

The past few years have been pretty good to be honest - who would have thought that we would be a single game from the Premiership?? Not I, that's for sure. Most of us would be content with a few good seasons of consolidation in The Championship where the standard is decent and the games are generally competitive. That is now at risk.

I will refuse to believe that Lansdown will allow this status to slide away without a fight. If he feels that Millen is not up for the job, he WILL fire him. From everything I've read and heard from the Reading game, we were cruising until James gave away the first goal. Millen can't be blamed for this.

The failure is not protecting a single goal lead. That has to be tactical but also the players are not babies - they can think for themselves and obvioulsy this did not happen. Blame goes to all on this front.

I don't believe a protest will solve anything. Get behind the team and let the Board sort out what is best. SL has put to much money into this to simply not care.

IF this IF that, get real and start looking at the Facts, we are in the relegation zone stuck with a manager who clearly hasnt got a clue! IF this IF that, its pathetic, we need action and we need it now! lets stop pretending that everything is sweet because its not, and hasnt been for a long time! the table and results doesnt lie, end of.

Don't have a protest - that's daft. Get behind your team. Do you really think that Lansdown will let you go down after sinking millions into the club and stadium project? Have a bit of faith ferchrissakes.

Jamo was the first bloke Millen blamed and he might chop him, there was more errors and mistakes made in that game by bleedin' Millen than anybody but we'd better analyze it,with all the mistakes Millens has made he should get the chop, not be dismayed and blame everybody else in sight....Jamo has made mistakes but at least he stands up to it,he's not a TEFLON......

I dont even know what to say tonight, milly please if you have any feelings towards the club that has paid you well for many years please walk away now and let sexton bring in someone who can get the best out of a decent group of players, you have had your chance now and proved to the whole world you are not capable of managing a club in the championship. You have proved tactically naive you have proved you cant attract big players to the gate and you have finally proved that you have little or no support in the dressing room or in the stands. Milly your a likeable bloke but i love this club and have followed through thick and thin its time for you to go, no sentiment can be involved or we'll be in league 1 next season and we all know how long it took us to escape from there last time.

    Dear Bcfc,

I would like to express my disgust and outrage at the way my beloved Bristol City is being run. As a lifelong fan who was raised in Long Ashton I have never been so embarrassed to be a supporter and this season's performance clearly demonstrates that Keith Millen is simply not up to the task and should be sacked with immediate effect.

Mr Lansdown needs to take a good long hard look at himself and ask why Millen was ever allowed to take the top job given his lack of experience?

It's no coincidence that Steve's lack of day to day presence at the club since the management restructure has cost us dearly and this needs to be addressed ASAP. It also appears that SL's personal tax position has taken priority over what's right for the club. We need him back at the helm ASAP!

I implore the club to act now to at least try and salvage some level of respect before it's too late. Give the fans something to proud of - that's all I ask.

    Thanks
    Bcc in Sydney
