Well now the way
We play today
Could be a feast for football eyes,
Win lose or draw
By whatever score
Our eighth place, no-one can prise

And who would have thought
When our points were nought
That all the pressure in this game,
Would be on their team
As of the two dreams
Ours is looking more in the frame

So we should see
A City who´re free
And relaxed to play on the day,
And that´s when we´re best
Whatever the test
Even if it´s the Devils we play

And we know PL
By now, very well
So don´t be surprised if this man,
Has rallied the troops
After the Cup, oops
And we get back on with the plan

I can hardly wait
To see just what fate
