    Fulham fan in peace.

I'm involved in a prediction competition for next season and wanted advice from people who know your division better than I do. Please answer the following two questions (and feel free to explain your answers, or just let them stand on their own). I'm posting this on each club's board, so please only reply on your own board otherwise the answers to question 1 will be too confusing to make sense of! Thanks for you help, everyone who takes the time to answer.

    1. Where will your team finish next season?
    2. Who, apart from your team, is most likely to win your division?

    hello Captain Morgan,

well tbh i think im speaking for all the gills fans out there in saying we should be looking to win the league next season. we have the players (we brought in 6 amazing players last fri) and the amazing support. we deserve to be in league one. we are too big for this division. once we get a decent gk and maybe another striker (please god let it be chris dickson!), i think we'll be there. like i said last week i put all my life savings (10k) on us winning the league next year.

come on you gills dont let me down

however, i do think crawley will be a force to be reckoned with though. they play good football and have plenty of good players.

with 2 more good additions and the use of the loan market to cover injuries/loss in forms then we should be challanging for the top 3 spots in the division.

crawely on paper but they've brought a lot of new players in and we all know that didnt work out for man city straight away. would expect rotherham and torquay to be up there as well

Thanks for your comments, all who replied, very helpful. I nearly went for your lot, until I saw that your new striker was injured. That swung me towards Bristol Rovers instead. I hope you have a great season though (second to Rovers!). Over and out.

I think Oxford and Crawley are the most likely (if any) to finish above us.

whats all this crawley business they will be 4th/5th at best...money talks in more ways than just transfers with all this hipe of crawley...don't see it happening for them this season!

daggers, us and bristol rovers will be top 3 in whatever order, then shrewsbury, oxford, swinedon and crawley, maybe rotherham to miss out.

one thing is for sure it's a much harder league to get out of this season!

im with grumpy, i think people are far too quick to write off oxford, they could become a force this year. they have a settled squad and the standard of the division has dropped since last season. i reckon us crawley and oxford will be challenged by rotherham and morecambe for promotion

yes italiangill the daggers...you have a problem with that? :emoticon-0102-bigsm

even though a couple of dagenham's best players have moved on...they have a decent side that just avoided staying up in div 1 last season after a good run.
regards rose, howell and maher (who was our most inform midfielder last season) don't be surprised if john still manages to get the best out of them all!!!
easy to laugh at others...how about you make a prediction and see who's laughs last???:emoticon-0149-no:

not that i want them to finish above us but do see them holding there own!
