    No not the score.

Who will play right wing on Saturday.

I predict Don Cowie.(hope im wrong).

Nothing against Don in the middle -unlike most he had a good game Tuesday.

I hope to see Conway or Kimbo there though.

Don't know how good their full backs are, but what about playing Noone and Conway.
Maybe this is the game Malky unleashes Kim from the start.
I don't get to many games but I have my ticket for this one. Should be an interesting team selection.

If Kim is fit why isnt he playing? At 2.5 million he should be first on the team sheet and peforming on a regular basis. I also believe Velonika (sic) should be a first on the team sheet due to his cost. Are both "white elephants"?

i thought cowie played well in centre mid on tuesday - he keeps things ticking over and runs around - he's not good enough to play anywhere near the level that noone (off day vs watford) can on the other wing.....

but who can play there if cowie's not going to? conway is a left mid and kyung has made only 4 sub appearances all season so its highly unlikely he'll chuck him in there, even if he did cost £2.5m......

unfortunately i think cowie will play though.....

We need 2 new starters as Smith will be out as well as Bellers. This must be Kimbo's time.

How about 4 3 3 with Whitts, Mutch and Cowie (or Gunnar) in the middle, Noone wide left, Helga as usual and Kimbo floating? Veronica to be on the bench giving us a different plan B up front if needed.

It's difficult call. Do you pick a style and the players then keep working on it in training until it comes good, or do you keep chopping and changing until you find the winning combination?

If we were struggling to win away (we've had a couple scrappy home results as well) but MM put out a different team and different formation every week we'd be saying 'why isn't he putting out a settled side'.

Like most posters though, 451 or 442, I'd like to see KimBo and Eti let off the leash.

I can only think that Kims appearance and to a certain extent Veronicas may be down to language difficulties

Like DJ before him, Malky's got 20,000 managers in the stands who all know better than him - and I include myself.....<laugh>

Putting Kimbo wide right answers the "lack of width and pace" that we suffered last year. We had few options then and repeatedly complained about it on here. With our close season signings, it's fair to expect the options to be exercised.

We'll accept that Bellers and Smithy are out of it tomorrow, so what exactly are the options available to Malky?

Defensive setup to close down McCann, Marney & Co from feeding Austin and probably Paterson up front, or do we just get at them from the start?

If Don starts, and really he deserves to after Tuesday, I fear we'll be on the back foot.

No sorry Malky, it's time to press the red button and set them the problems not just try to contain them.

The danger would be that Malky will point to our record breaking start to the season as justification for "more of the same" - and somehow, I think he will.

MM wont juggle any balls for Saturday and it will be a predictable line up, unfortunately. Kimbo and Velonika have to start at sometime surely.

I'm sure the boys will have taught them some bad language by now just so they don't feel left out.

Come on MM, got to give Kimbo a start tomorrow. If nothing else he would be an unknown, unpredicatable quantity for Burnley to cope with.

I guess they have cash from their parachute payment to splash although with home crowds of only 13k they might need that to support casflow.

The lack of a proper manager may also impeded them.

But would Jerome want to return to Cardiff, even if short term only?

an extra 5k a match at £20 a pop is £100k a match, or, £2.3m over a season, parachute payments are over £15m, thats where their advantage lies.

cold hard cash. it would only be to get match practice, so ideally for jerome it would be at a decent ground fairly near to where he lives, so blackburn could be the best option for him......<ok>
