    What do people think so far? :

    July 18 v Club Dorados de Sinaloa (7.30pm), Raley Field, Sacramento;

    Sat, July 20 v San Jose Earthquakes (7.30pm), Buck Shaw Stadium, San Jose;

    Wed, July 24 v Portland Timbers (8pm) Jeld Wen Field, Portland;

    Tues, July 30 v Brighton (7.45pm), AmEx Stadium, Brighton;

    Fri, August 2 v Sporting Braga, (KO tbc) AXA Stadium, Braga, Portugal.

    Do you think we could get a game against Sporting Lisbon as well?

    I'm not sure what the advantage is in going all the way over to America, given the jet lag and everything else. A match against Sporting while in Portugal would be good though.

    Have we stopped playing the local sides as warm-up matches? Or do we just send the youths?

    It's also to try and get noticed and create an overseas following, more and Prem teams are doing this now. One thing we do have going for us is the striking colours of our home kit. Lest we forget that the most successful national side ever play in almost identical shirts <ok>

    I have a plan. If, on the USA tour, we change our green shorts for blue ones, think how many more 'less than clued up' American "soccer" fans will go to the games, thereby swelling immensely the Canary coffers <ok>

    You also have to remember, we signed up with a American company for events and matches etc!
