Would think this lot would be outside the 25 man squads of their clubs come Sep 1

Any chance of us doing a deal for any of them?

    Mame Biram Diouf (Man Utd)
    Federico Macheda (Man Utd)
    Stefan Mairhoffer (Wolves)
    Sam Vokes (Wolves)
    Roman Bednar (West Brom)
    Rob Hulse (QPR)
    Nile Ranger (Newcastle)
    Roque Santa Cruz (Man City)
    Nathan Eccleston (Liverpool)
    Gaël Kakuta (Chelsea)
    Nathan Delfouneso (Aston Villa)

CV should include, big, powerful, happy with back to goal.

    No, thought not!! :emoticon-0106-cryin

Kakuta is not a striker. He's a midget centre midfielder.

Seems a bit daft listing a load of names that you think can't do the job for us!!

Yes please, any of them, but particularly Santa Cruz or Kakuta.

Hulse has already turned down a loan move to Millwall, he wants to stay at QPR.

Bednar, Mairhoffer, Hulse, Diouf, Ranger all fit the bill. My point was I doubt we will consider them, not that they couldn't do a job for us.

Surely that would change if he isn't one of the 25 which I am sure he won't be.

I think it depends on who they bring in the next week or so, they've got a fairly small squad and he did play 21 times for them last season.

I'd like Bednar out of that list.

Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, Ishmael Miller.. no Dele Adebola.

Oh dear, what was Pearson thinking. Surely had better options to go for.
Whether Adebola cost nothing or not his wages take up other possibilities.
Doesn't do anything for me at all.
Thought it was funny shouting go on Dele for the first 2/3 games i've seen.
i.e. Blackpool Leeds & Palace but now i've had enough.

Pearson says we need more goals. 90% probably more would agree..
Simpson will score more than Dele if given the chance.. don't understand why he's been dropped.. comical joke.. not impressed with Pearson, i'll give him to the end of the window, it is the players not performing but it is who he has signed. Either way i can criticize him in some way.

We'll see anyway, usually i'd say onwards and upwards but in terms of the league table anything is possible it seems.

Iwelumo has been getting booed by watford fans already. They are a poor team and he's been standing out as particularly poor.

Leicester had bednar last season and most said he was rubbish for them.

Ranger? What has he done? Gash!
Diouf? Other than his name I know nothing of him - he was on loan at Blackburn last season but don't remember him even playing never mind scoring

We don't need a striker IMO anyway. We need someone to link from midfield to create chances.

Diouf would be fantastic and I would have thought that a Prem club would have taken him

Personally, I think they're both fairly ****e, so at least we didn't waste a fee on ours.

Though JET did well yesterday apparently. <whistle>

I'm not sure why you're trying to get me to stick up for Adebola, I've already said he's ****.
