Personally they were the far better side, i was surprised by SWP, he was man of match for me.

Saylor - some good defensive tackles and clearances, he saved some goals
    Ameobi - ffs
Cabaye - hmmm was he playing? would have made no diff if he wasnt there
tiote - better have been off day, gave away too many balls.

One positive is we played terrible but got a point, thats a massive plus. because we will have better days, but its days like this we need to grind out results and nick a point or two.

Good luck nicking 2 points from a game. Haven't met anyone yet that can get 2 points from a football match. Maybe that should be Barcelona's next task now that they've done practically everything else?

Cabaye is 2 deep he needs to be pushed up the field or Pardew needs to tell him to push forward

It's a long shot, but until HBA is back/injured I'd like to see a midfield of
    Abeid - Tiote
    Marveaux - Cabaye - Jonas

Abeid has played on the wing for most of his youth career but when he was played there he always tries to take hold of the game and control it. He looks really suited to a holding role. Won't happen, as much as I'd like it to.

didnt Abeid get injured in a friendly (against sunderland, by bramble?)

Gosling would slot in there nicely though

We will not get away with playing Raylor at left back again, Shola should be dropped, and on last nights evidence Obertan is a passenger we can't carry.
