looking at the positives tonight and I thought these two were fantastic.

Mig is really becoming a top keeper and with age on his side he is only going to keep on getting better, that save from Cahill at 0-0 was fantastic and he didn't stop there he made quite a few other great saves. I am really pleased for the lad and that he is our number 1 and I hope he is for years to come.

As for Bridge along with Sess the only two outfield players that can hold there heads up high, I thought he was really good at left back tonight and cannot remember him getting skinned once and made a fantastci covering challenge in the second half. Quite suprised he went off for the second game in a row for central midfielder Vaughan to go left back (whats that all about) but I really hope we sign him in the summer as he is getting better game by game. Hope Richardson is back for saturday as Bridge is ineligible and I certainly dont want Vaughan LB would rather have Bardo LB and even Elmo at RB before Vaughan goes LB.

I agree about migg, he was superb tonight, the goals were not his fault at all and it could have been 5 or 6 without him. No.1 in my eyes now. Bridge did ok, did not set the world alight but he is dependable defending, lacks a bit of pace and creAtivity going forward. He should never have been subbed.

It was like Bruce was doing the subs and tactics tonight.!!!

Why was Colback dropped ?, cattermole is no good in this team as he does not do anything positive yet he replaces Colback our 2nd best player from last saturday. Yet another disaster hits us, and the bogey men beat us as we had no idea, just kicking the ball straight tp their players.

Colbacks lass had given birth this morning so thats why he wasn't in the squad.

Really missed Brown or/and O'Shea to marshal the troops. We have looked solid as a rock at the back lately with O'Shea at CB, tonight we looked lost with Kyrgiakos and Turner as a partnership

I agree Mig is becoming brilliant and deserves his plaudits. He saved the 2nd goal....just for some STUPID reason Vaughan decided to stop it going out of play.....

HOWEVER I still think Gordon will be No1 next season if he proves his fitness over pre-season.

With regards to Bridge, I like him but for some strange reason I prefer Richo at LB :S....I think its because him and McClean were awesome on the left, and TBH with Richo playing it frees McClean as the defenders have 2 attack minded left footed players against them. Does that make sense? Just Richo has the ability to put a ball in, and get beyond McClean.
