I have criticised MM over many mistakes I believe he has made since the end of last season, such as: poor signings, playing players out of position, team looks unfit, players dont look like they been motivated, MM admitted he didnt prepare for some games thinking we would win anyway, I wont go on as you get the picture. We deserve to be where we are 23rd in league 2 - 91st out of 92.

I have until now remained patient with him as I personally think that it would be unfair to judge him when over 50% of the wage budget was in the treatment room. I thought he would rectify many issues when he gets the players back.

So I have been behind MM when others called for his head. But todays game was for me so poor, I can no longer remain behind MM. I have now lost all patience that I had for him.

He now has the majority of the team back from injury apart from Harrold, Gill, Bevan and Virgo - all (apart from Harrold) who in my opinion would make us worse if they were playing. With more players available to MM, he can no longer hide behind the injuries. MM himself claims he how has his strongest squad available. If thats the case and were already in the bottom 2, that is it for us.

Today saw us play players out of position again. At times due to injuries/suspensions I can see why MM did this earlier in the season as he was forced to do this. But there is now no need to still play players out of position if you see the list of players available today and also at Wycombe. The players are at a disadvantage when playing in a different position. They are not use to the new position for them so they are unable to perform to a high standard needed for that position. This puts pressure on other players in the team like were carrying players so it looks like were only playing with 8 or 9 players instead of 11.

I cant take a single positive from the game today. Not 1 player for me came out of todays game with any credibility. Dag and Red are a poor side and was there for the taking today but we were even worse. We have big men in our team and had lots of corners today but not once did we do anything with them. Yes we had a few chances and on another day we could of scored 4 but that would have only papered over the cracks.

MM has a big squad available to him. One of the highest budgets available in our league. Some how he has made us worse than what we were while under Buckle. MM fails to get the basics right. Play players in right positions which gives the correct balance and gives the team a chance. Its that simple. But not to MM. He has struggled to adapt to league 2 thinking it was going to be easy for him but he could not get a club our size performing in this league with all the funds that he had available. For me, his time is now up.

I say go now. This will give the board the chance to bring in a new guy before January who can then fix things. The board has to realise this and act to save our club.

Must go now. North in charge with Stewart and Walsh, assisted by Kite.
Give them 'til end of January whilst recruiting...if it goes well for them they can be considered.
Otherwise look for someone like Tillson with a DoF, or perhaps Lindsay Parsons.

I wish the board had stuck with Stuart Campbell after we got relegated last time.
