Having returned from 10 days on the' piste' in the French Alps, I went to restock our food last evening at Tesco's. Whilst there I enquired at customer services if they were planning to stock any 'chevaux' burgers as the kids had really enjoyed these lean meat burgers whilst in France. The charming lady there, seemed to think I was winding her up...............bit off topic although maybe our friends down the road have also been asking for their favourite dish being pony fanciers?
yep, good to be back though, looks like having taken the roof box off last night I may need the ski gear tomorrow! Its just snow everywhere..........!Thanks for doing my attendance enrtries Devo http://www.la-norma.com/fr/la-norma-en-images/webcams.html
Do you reckon that Tescos store at Bursledon have been saddled with a load of "horse burgers" then, SB3 ? They might have to rein in their buyers then a bit, or whip up a some interest from the locals. If this problem continues to crop up, perhaps they could hoof them into the wastebin. Personally, I can't harness any enthusiasm to shop there nowadays, apart from popping in to pick up a tin of Golden Stirrup. - come on it sounds a bit like Syrup
My friend ate one of those dodgy horse meat burgers! I'm sure you'll be pleased to hear he's in a stable condition! ..
I've just heard on the radio that the Dept. of Health have suggested customers buy Tesco Meat Balls instead. Apparently, they are the dogs bollocks....................
Anyone who has seen Charlie and Ewen McGregor on one of their motorcyle treks around the world would have seen them eating horse penis in *****lia!!
