If you watched on Sky you might have seen this in the pre match build up but for those that haven't, Pontus had a behind the scenes interview and the question was what is life like playing for Leeds United under Bielsa, I can't remember it word for word but basically these were the points: 1) Training is based around their next opponents, if they like playing wide and crossing long balls the team will practice against that for the whole week 2) After each game the team watch a video back and areas good and bad are discused. They then sit in pairs and watch a video of their next opponents and they have to give feedback of strengths and weaknesses that they have spotted 3) He thinks Bielsa is a pure genius and he gets goose bumps thinking about playing for Leeds in the PL 4) Nobody is allowed to speak at half time, they have to get in quick sit down and Bielsa talks for the entire 15 minutes, someone once spoke and Bielsa told them to shut up and listen 5) He shows no emotion inside the dressing room, occasionally someone will get a pat on the back or a hug after they have done well and they know it must have been special 6) Does he regret swearing last time he was interviewed? He shouldn't have swore on live TV but then his emotions are running high so they are better off avoiding him immediately after a game, it was a game where decisions went against Leeds and although he will try not to swear again he won't lie and he will always give an honest opinion. 7) Has he heard the song Leeds fans have for him about heading a brick? Yes and I would head bricks back all day long if it meant promotion to the PL with Leeds United
