In my opinion Hayden Mullins edged Greg Halford as the Man of The Match. David Cotteril was a big disapointment today, and so was Mokoena. We played much better when these two were replaced by King Kanu & Carl Dickinson. Rocha should be back Tuesday night, and hopefully Liam Lawrence as well if fit.

I thought their striker Ian Hume was quite a handfull today - looks full of goals, and never stopped running. He made Mokoena look a VERY poor centre back. Wonder if we could sign him in the Summer ? Could be worth a punt !

    Ditto everything Wooperts said.

I thought the game got a bit scrappy for a while in the second half - then later you could just feel that second goal coming.............. and then felt it just slip away.

Herman, the Viking Warrior, was quite funny. Did anyone else see him nut the Preston player in the chest? Oh how we laughed.

I really don't know how Herman gets away with some of his antics ! There again, it's all done with a big smile on his face. He seems a very genuine bloke.

Ironically though, it was a link up between Mokoena and then Cotterill which should have pulled us back in to the game in the 1st half (had the lino been better at his job) <ok>

I'll concede that point Jake, BUT other than that single moment, they were both absolute c*r*a*p !!

Should have been a home banker on paper, but unfortunately the game was played on grass <whistle>
With Pompey safe and out of contention for the playoffs; and Preston fighting to stay up, they had more to play for, which is demonstrated in a well earned point away from home.
