So 5 games left this season now and with us just behind in the play off race I don't think we can afford to lose any more games. The current table is

Team Played Goal difference Points

Forest 41 8 63

Brighton 41 16 62

Leicester 41 22 60

Bolton 41 7 60

Remaining fixtures Forest Cardiff A Middlesbrough A Barnsley H Millwall A Leicester H Brighton Middlesbrough A Peterborough A Blackpool H Leeds A Wolves H Leicester Birmingham H Bolton H Crystal Palace A Watford H Forest A Bolton Bristol City A Leicester A Middlesbrough H Cardiff A Blackpool H Middlesbrough still have a massive part to play with them playing the other 3 teams. Me personal think we need to remain unbeaten to be 100% of play offs. If we win the 3 homes games and draw the away ones I think 11 points will be enough. The other advantage to us is we have 3 homes game while the rest have 2.
Can't be any worse then when I went there a few season ago. We got smashed 5-1 If we win the home games and draw the away games we will do it
That was Weale's cock up though. That little dwarf Earnshaw ran riot against us when it was 5-1 One of the best wins as a Leicester fan was the 3-2 league cup game where we gave them a goal literally. And scored 2 at the death to nick it Back on topic looking at the remaining fixtures I feel more confident. But whenever City play we'll I'm always optimistic and when we play **** I just want to give up 70 points I think will be the magic number for 6th place
We need to take advantage that we are playing Friday night next week at hom to Brum. Win that one and we are back to 5th (maybe for just 24hrs) but Forest are away at Cardiff on the Saturday so would do VERY well to get a win there. Palace are having a bad run, Forest have not won in 3, Brighton have just played 2 home games and picked up 2 points, Bolton are the form team, (we dont need to mention our current run lol) A MASSIVE game v Birmingham. Win that to stop the rot and get back in the top 6 would be an amazing shot of confidence with just 4 games left after that another HUGE game at home to Bolton. Wow exciting times,
City and Forest will do it Set up nicely for Leicester V Palace final and Vardy to shin the winner in
True ... but that at least puts our destiny in our own hands ... the problem is that we have now won one in 12 league games ... good job this wasn't the first 12 games or Pearson would definitely have been sacked ...
In a way Im happy that we have the run in we do. Historically we always seem to do better against the top teams as opposed to the bottom teams in scrappy games. Teams that let us play more is better for us. I think this time next week we will be back in the top 6 after beating Birmingham on Friday and Forest failing to win away at Cardiff
