    Alt: Croatians, Serbs etc. Usually hard (we lack that), fast, technically gifted and good mentally (we lack that). Highly unlikely to uncover another Vidic but must be some to be had.

    Add Swiss and Belgians, both countries have a crop of talent coming through, and historically the good ones are very good.

    I reckon scout the German league. Seems like its getting a few very decent talents coming through and they play in a league which is relatively similar to ours.

    Very true mate, and the way the clubs are run, the majority are on relatively low wages, bar Bayern.
