Plans for summer?

    As the football season draws to an end for us on Sunday, we are left with a 3 month or so gap to fill.

    What's everyones plans for the summer? Lads break abroad? Family Holiday? Taking in any pre-seasons?

    Personally, not got a holiday booked so not too hopeful of going anywhere too fancy so will most likely kill time going out locally and then going to any form of match I can, be it reserves or first team. Already got 5 matches lined up in July, so should kill a few days.

    Portugal on Thursday with lads, Corfu on July 1st with girlfriend, USA for friendly is getting sorted. All other pre seasons as well.

    On holiday at the moment in sunny Amble. Was hoping to get in touch with Smudger about going to the match on Sunday.

    Going to all the pre season friendlies. Why break the habits of a lifetime?

    Quite a busy summer for me. Off to cornwall for a couple weeks, then hitting the states, and hopefully going to the Ohio game. Then off to Kenya and Tanzania mid-august for a safari. Absolutely gutted to be missing the first 3 games of the season, but its the best time to go :(

    Should be getting a villa in Costa del Sol for a couple of weeks with a group of mates at the end of the summer. Should be fooking awesome <ok>

    Sounds like everyones jetting off somewhere :( Well enjoy lads! :)

    Will probably find a job too, might try and get in at Dad's workplace on the factory floor. Month of cover work for those on holiday is a possibility apparently. Work hard, play hard :D

    Oh, and that pic reminds me that Spennymoor play Boro at somepoint in July <laugh> Might go, always good to support the small northern league sides financially and will be funny to see Boro's red fraction terrorise another non-league ground (as they did at Bishop Auckland last year).

    Wow! Quite the traveller, sounds fun! Could always take a polar bear and find out the answer to the croc vs PB dilema?

    Got a lot of mates going to Leeds festival, but wasn't massively keen on line-up. Since then became massively addicted to Rise Against and the Offspring so a bit gutted now hence the making up for it with footy matches lol. Enjoy Reading, will be class <ok>

    ah unlucky - apparently Reading still isn't sold out yet because so many people didn't like the lineup! I went last year and it's pretty good there's always a band you can go see if another one is playing you don't like :)
