    i don't think united were that bad yesterday at the vauxhall meadow. your youngsters put up a creditable performance narrowly losing 2-1 to potential league 2 champions shrewsbury town. good luck for the coming season and one day we may beat your first team. piss poor certainly not. floreat salopia

    Err, it was our reserve team, minus all the players we took on tour, the ones who are on holiday and the players who have now gone on loan. So pretty much our under 18s team minus Tunnicliffe and Morrison, plus Gibson. We also had the coach in goal as both keepers were injured, so I wouldn't read too much into it.

    Still, well done Shrews, good luck for the coming season <ok>
