Photo ID Cards

    Just wondering what people's thoughts were on the clubs announcement to introduce photo ID cards for ALL supporters next season?

    After the fall out from several members of this board following the introduction last season to request the submission of photo id for each season ticket holder, the decision has been made to roll out the idea to all supporters which includes those that purchase match day tickets.

    Whereas ST Holders receive a colour coded book, match day ticket purchases will in future as from the 2014/15 season require colour coded style id cards.

    There has been some concern voiced over can the club ensure all ID cards will be processed before the start of the new season, which gives the administration team only four months to implement the new changes and this is before the new pricing structure for next season has been announced.

    The club therefore stated that supporters can arrive at the club as from 9am tomorrow and photo's will be taken free of charge for one day only for all those that attend. Hence saving £5 on going to a photo booth.

    Where has this been stated? They don't expect to have a database of 30 odd thousand people who attend games throughout the season all to have a Photo ID yo prove they're a fan do they?

    recently when I attended at the ticket office to buy a 'friends for a £5' ticket, the photo in my ST book was checked. They didn't seem perturbed by the photo of a camel in my book

    if it wasn't for the date I wouldn't put anything past Mr.Scally.

    LOL...never mind mate <hug>

    Clearly there is no point in going along to the ticket office at 9am this morning but if anyone should venture along, if the administration people in the ticket office could take photo's of those that do turn up, all pictures will be gratefully received and posted on not606 <laugh>

    lol nice one. I printed out pictures of cakes and sent a global email out saying there was tasty looking cakes in the staff room

    I also put a notice on the copiers saying they have been upgraded to voice activation, people standing shouting at the copiers ROFLMAO
