Me and other four people, it seems. One a Chelsea fan and someone called Dickie's tash. I say it again, the guy is a FOOTBALL player and this is a football board. You do not really need a reason as to know why this on here. On the modding, I clearly missed all the going's on as I was offline.
Maybe you needed to think a bit more before you posted that original comment. Petrov is a footballer and the news about him was one of the big stories today. This is a football fourm, people will talk about, hmmm, I do not know, football. Even if the Villa board was busy and they had many threads about it, I would still expect a thread on that subject on our board. It's the way it works, on a football forum.
Or you could have thought someone posted a thread about the biggest football story on the Arsenal board. Your original comment is somewhat blunt and with the thread being about a serious topic, you could see why some people might have taken it the wrong way. Two people, that I rarely see comment on here clearly took it like that. They have no agendas. It's you against five other people.
Perhaps your comment 'Why is this on our board?' was taken to be insensitive when that wasn't your intention? But if you were looking for a thread on the Villa board about it, Why didn't you ask on there or start a thread about it ? Seems odd to question why a football fan of any club would raise it as it clearly trancends any club loyalties.
Right, back to Petrov, it's a weird one, i was at the Villa game and he seemed fine then. Let's hope he makes a speedy recovery.

I feel terrible now, I sat there last week watching the game and thinking how poor Villa were and in particular Petrov who I have always thought to be a decent player. Very sad news, lets hope he comes through this and recovers fully....
