    Looking forward to that already.
McLean will be looking forward to doing a good job against his former club, and our defence have a point to prove against Emile Sinclair.
    Bring it on.

Am I right in thinking Peterborough still have terracing?

Yep, you get the choice of a seat or standing when you buy your ticket

Just bought my tickets, should be good ...McClean hungry to impress and Waghorn making his debut.

Is Peterborough the only Championship ground with terracing? I seem to recall someone posting this point.

    UTT!

    Genius!

So there's no excuse for standing in the seated area then!

Yes, the fans who want to get behind the team can do so whilst the prissy ones can all remain seated, comparing their thermos flasks and rugs and giving no backing to the team.

    what i'd like to see

    Basso

    rosenior chester hobbs dudgeon

    Koren Cairney Brady

    Waghorn Fryatt Mclean

peterbro are very attacking so we may need a more defensive approach, no chance of seeing this formation but you never know.

Not as clear cut as that is it though ?If I was going with my mates we'd be standing . I'm taking my 9 year old son so unless he wants to spend 90 looking at someone's back we'll be sitting .

Sorry to be prissy and all that but comments like that really get on my tits.

Slagging off anyone who travels to see city whether they stand and sing or not baffles me to say the least .

Totally agree. May take the father in law, 70 and buggered with arthritis maybe i shouldnt if this idiot has his way.
So unless someone screams shouts and sings the whole game they arent fans?? My old man took me for years and i never heard him say more than come on City either in joy, hope or desperation and he was certainly a fan.

Didn't we win 3-2 there last time? Seem to remember Stuart Elliott cartwheeling right in front of me on the terraces when he got the winner - great day out

Agree on all the comments on standing vs. sitting - personally I would love terracing to come back and have the option of watching games like that again but just because you're sat in a seat - either by choice or because it's the only option - doesn't make you any less of a fan. You can even bring a cushion and munch on prawn sandwiches all the way through as far as I'm concerned - if you're there then you're supporting the tigers.

Funny how in the days of massive crowds, 30,000, 40,000 etc all around the country how all the young kids went and watched the match yet now they can't unless they are sat down.

I think most other clubs can't have younger kids, arthiritic pensioners or anyone not 100% fit as every week you watch on TV as all the away fans spend the whole game stood up as they do when they come to the KC.

You're only allowed it for 3 years at this level though, and this is their second. So make the most of it!

When I went to City as as a kid there was ****ing acres of space to find somewhere to watch .
Away games are different and if we have a decent turn out at Peterborough it will be a mare finding somewhere for the boy to watch the game if it's all standing.

Sorry for not reaching your bench mark to be a proper supporter .

    Clown .

Couldn't agree more. I remember being on the terraces at boothferry as a short-arse kid and as NFU says normally it wasn't a problem because there was **** all there. However on the rare occasion there was a proper crowd it was **** - unless my Dad could lift me onto a barrier I often saw ****-all so we started going in the seats for busy matches. Given the choice now I'd always stand but if I had kids / elderly with me I can completely see why you would sit. What is it about sitting down that makes you less of a fan?
