one way of addressing spialling wage bills is to adopt a prp system. you perform weell as a team you get paid the basic wage eavh of say 250 a week plus bonus's. you do not perform you get the basic and a bollocking from uncle graham, this would concentrate players minds and might encourage better performances than of recent. is it a goer

I'd quite like to see a system like this: This is purely an example so we'll go for injury prone Jonathan Woodgate and pretend he's on £100,000 a week (probably not too far off the real figure!) Basic Wage £25,000 Starting Apperance £50,000 Sub Apperance £10,000 Winning Bonus £25,000
