I'm sorry but anyone who thinks tussling for the ball(includes shirt pulling and use of arms) is a reason for a pen cannot be a serious fan of top flight football! Its just part of the game. Ok if you have a clear goal scoring opportunity and someone pull or pushes you over then its a foul, but if its two players going for a 50/50 ball there's always going to be tussling and use of the arms and body. If you want it any other way then you'd have to make it a non contact sport, seriously your back in the big leagues now! start acting like it.

I really do think the West Ham player gets a toe to the ball in the Shelvey challenge, it's not much of a touch granted but he got the ball first in my opinion. The penalty against you was comical though.
