Aitor Karanka has walked out on Middlesbrough, with Pearson being ex Boro he seems the obvious choice and I think Middlesbrough would suit him
With De Laet and Nugent, its like he'd be walking into Leicester again Probably the perfect job for him at the moment.
Strange this one. So close to the end of the season & with them in a good pos. Maybe a behind the scene thing. Yeah, be good for NP maybe. He could be just what they need to get over the line.
He's considering his future. Must be serious if he's not in charge for todays game http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/35793540
Didn't realise that the boro manager had left! Any particular reason? Defo a job suited for big Nige though.
He walked out of a team meeting after questioning the players desire. He told them he no longer wishes to manage them NP isn't scared of big jobs. He came here and rebuilt us in League 1, he rebuilt Hull and rebuilt us against after Sven's trolley dash.
Pearson to Middlesbrough and Sherwood to Forest. I can see it now Time Sherwood with his smug smile at Forest. I can see that hateful image in my head now
... location wise it would suit him ideally .... I suspect that if the owners gave him certain assurances in terms of his authority and transfer funds he might consider it ...
Pearson could do a great job at either of those clubs, Middlesbrough in particular would be perfect for him. Would like to see him get back into management now, had mixed feelings before but since we're doing so well I'd like to see him somewhere they'll appreciate him.
Karanka is to resume his role with immediate effect so Nige won't be going there, not this week anyway.
