He walked out of a team meeting after questioning the players desire. He told them he no longer wishes to manage them NP isn't scared of big jobs. He came here and rebuilt us in League 1, he rebuilt Hull and rebuilt us against after Sven's trolley dash.

Pearson could do a great job at either of those clubs, Middlesbrough in particular would be perfect for him. Would like to see him get back into management now, had mixed feelings before but since we're doing so well I'd like to see him somewhere they'll appreciate him.
Karanka is to resume his role with immediate effect so Nige won't be going there, not this week anyway.
