    Thanks Astro

    In all seriousness guys,

What a breath of fresh air to find a youngish English manager like that. he's smart articulate and you could see by his body language ( the movement and squirming during filming) he's obviously a humble man
I've never heard an open interview with him before, and let me say i am very impressed, gone up leaps and bounds in my estimation.

Looks a bit like the old Vinnie Jones but obviously has his head screwed on.
good luck to him, and if he's got you playing like you are..then maybe soon you may need to forget keeping kasper and lok a bit higher up. <ok>

He really seems to have relaxed since our improved form. I always used to dread his interviews really but he's a lot more mellow now. Might change when we're getting hammered every week in the PL next season.

He will get miles more media attention to handles in the Premier with so much more exposure. I'm sure it will do him good, but like you said when we are losing the majority of games then lets see if his mood changes back to how he was last season
Regardless a terrific guy and SO level headed. Hope he proves himself in the Premier.
