Used to follow him during "Faurlin-gate" and he was spot on throughout. Regulary checking his account but he hasn't postet since 29th of november, until today... Much of this seem to be his own oppinions but there is some info there as well. @Smudge1962 Paul Smith "QPR and Mark Hughes, a match made in heaven. Didn't Fernandes say Warnock was a great manager and the club needed stability?" @Smudge1962 Paul Smith "And didn't Hughes say he was leaving Fulham because he wanted to manage a bigger and more ambitious club?" @Smudge1962 Paul Smith "Warnock was given just £10m to spend including transfer fees and wages. And QPR were making bids for players they had no hope of signing" @Smudge1962 Paul Smith "So what happens to the bids they had on the table for Andrew Johnson and Chris Samba last week?" @Smudge1962 Paul Smith "Why make bids for players when you clearly planned to sack the manager? Was it to impress the fans?" @Smudge1962 Paul Smith "And claims QPR have unlimited funds are extremely exaggerated. As for claims Warnock wanted Yakubu, it was Fernandes who wanted him" @Smudge1962 Paul Smith @BabakGolriz "I think they planned to sack him before the FA Cup game" @Smudge1962 Paul Smith @nitseen "Please, from where? Fernandes isn't even bankrolling the club he's just a frontman." @Smudge1962 Paul Smith @BabakGolriz "Fernandes even told Warnock there was a £1m buy-out clause in his contract but that only comes into play if #BR are relegated" (Yakubu) @Smudge1962 Paul Smith @jjcarley "Bad loan deal." (Macheda) @Smudge1962 Paul Smith "Fernandes walks in the door and says Warnock is a great manager. How would he know? He's been in the game five minutes" @Smudge1962 Paul Smith @windsorhoop "Not really but a knee jerk reaction from a chairman who knows jack about football makes me laugh" @Smudge1962 Paul Smith @leemarkham1981 "100 percent sure" (@Smudge1962 Fernandes wanted yak. You sure about that?????) @Smudge1962 Paul Smith @GaxZE "Most promoted clubs struggle. So why haven't Bolton, Blackburn and Wigan sacked their managers" @Smudge1962 Paul Smith @kevvyqpr "Results have been poor lately but Warnock knew the areas that needed strengthening. I think he earned the right to put it right" http://twitter.com/#!/Smudge1962
He's a mate of Simon Jordan, Jordan is close to Warnock. Does he have an agenda? Find it a bit strange with no posts since 29th of november, and now this, the claws are def out IMO.
Smudge certainly seems to have lost his soft spot for QPR... Back around Faurlingate he saw us as victims. Weighing the balance I'd rather have his respect as winners tbh.
