Seems link a low risk move. Shows that AN still have faith in Mbokani (as do I) and we haven't spend a lot in bringing him to the club. English lad which is far less risky than gambling on a foreign striker like Doumbia, especially when you see the fees being touted.

I've never really rated Bamford as a player but I have nothing against him as a person and I'm sure he has a point to prove following his unsuccessful spell at Palace which can only be good for us. I see him replacing Lafferty without really improving the team a great deal but if he's prepared to knuckle down and make a go of it than I'm happy for him.

If it doesn't work out for him (remember that Greek guy at Fulham?) then at least we haven't wasted millions of pounds and at least if we go down we wouldn't have a mercenary on the wage bill. In the unlikely event that he scores 7-8 goals between now and the end of the season, I suppose there's always the possibility of Chelsea loaning him to us for another year.

Of course, if we could add some defensive quality before the transfer window closes that would be great, however this has been largely a clever and productive transfer window from NCFC.

I think we now have enough to stay up, but it will be a tense end no doubt.

The Liverpool game did show that we can score goals. We have a new CB to come in and we were playing without a DCM. I would still like to see Jedinak come in if we're not going to play Mulumbu.

This makes so much sense. <ok> If not him, somebody comfortable at playing that deeper holding role, which - sadly, Mulumbu is not considered suitable for. Don't forget Tettey's dodgy knees and accumulation of yellow cards as the season has worn on. He'll have to serve a ban soon enough :(

Don't really understand this signing although from a Norwich point of view it seems like quiet a good loan.

What really concerns me is that Bamford left Palace because he wasn't getting game time. So assumidily he's expecting game time and you would have thought that Bamford would have wanted some assurances re playing. So so where does that leave Mbokani & Jerome who I would of thought were both ahead of Bamford in the pecking order. We certainly want to keep Mbonkani happy as he seems a good prospect. The only way I can see AN squaring the circle is to play Bamford in place of one of our midfielders. Could he play on the right instead of Redmond ?

Think AN might utilize Bamford more often than we expect. He did with Grabban.

No, because he was good at it and got away with it generally.
