I don't understand why people think Ashley would likely sack Pardew. Pardew is Ashley and Llambarse's bitch, Hughton had more power and influence around the players, and they didn't favour him as much.

Lee Ryder on twitter: A lot of people asking me about Alan Pardew's future. From what I've been told #nufc have no intention of changing manager.

Alan Pardew is a disgrace and the fact he's blameing negative energy for yesterdays result shows how arrogant he is.

His number is up and even if we stay up he's not the man to take the club forward.

As someone who has wanted Pardew gone for months now, almost 2 months into this season as a matter of fact. I'd say it's to late to get rid of him now. It should of been done before the transfer window opens, and if we got rid what player would come to us? I'd say that if we continue this form and finish just above relegation, then Pardew needs to go. If he can pull us away and we finish near the top ten or at least 14th then I'd say give him to january next season, if he fails then get rid and allow a new manager to make his signings.

His replacement? (In the event he is sacked) Nigel Adkins. <ok>

Surely its two results at the very least 2010.

Lets see where we are in another few months. My guess is around 11th.

No excuse for us not playing like we did today. We haven't had the players to do route 1, ironically we're more suited to it now with the tall signings, so what Pardew was thinking I have no idea.

As I've always said, he can stay if he stops the hoofball. Looks like he's finally twigged <ok>

That was down to Debuchy handing the oppo a lifeline and our players failing to show a bit of game management. Pardew set the team up well and did well on Tuesday. Yesterday he was superb and got nearly everything right. He hasn't had his best season but overall his reign is a massive success. Clueless? Far from it. He's not perfect but our problem is we never give managers time.

Give him some games with a near full strength squad (where he isn't relying on regular appearances from the likes of Willo, Obertan, Sammy, Shola). Then judge him. Hopefully by the end of the season we will sneak into the top ten.
