We are currently being linked with Parker Barton Jenas Crouch Cole all on loan or perm. Personally i'd be suprised if we get any of these, and more worryingly for me no mention of any fullbacks that we deperately need imo. Thoughts gents ( had to post something so we don't keep talking about last night ! ).
NW said he has 1st, 2nd & 3rd targets this being the case looks like 1,Parker2,Barton3,Jenas don't believe Crouch and Cole can't see happening either, so in my humble opinion 1 of the first 3 is a realistic target. Hope he is playing his cards close to his chest regarding the defenders?
I'd like all these players but I agree with rollercoaster we need defenders such as onuaha and young.
Warnock must be aware of the defensive frailties. And now with Orr going off injured last night (anyone know how serious it was?) he needs cover before the Wigan game.
The Times today says we are considering a move for Luke Young. It also mentions our interest, along with WBA and Blackburn, in Onuaha who is supposedly on £38k per week. Thank goodness we are being linked with some defenders!
Orr managed to walk quite normally off the pitch last night. Gave me the impression that they were told 'first sign of t'tweaks or t'niggles, get t'fook off t'pitch'. Hopefully, therefore precautionary.
That IanTaylor on Twitter said some news today and he also 'twitted' that NW will have a player in by Wigan and the players name has not been linked with us yet but NW is excited?
I king hope he has more than one player in by Wigan as there will only be 4 days left in the transfer window after Wigan....

Would like to think so but i think that we are having a bit of trouble in that dept. It's getting late in the day and as it stands we don't look like a good prospect. We will find it hard to attract players until we get in one or two good signings and then i reckon others will follow. I still think most things will happen at the last minute.
But isn't it nice to know that for once all the rumors actually are based on fact, well not fact but the knowledge that we are actually trying to sign lots of decent players. And the news that Warnock is after someone that no one has mentioned so far, de ja vu or what? This time last year the same was said and it started a witch hunt as to how it could be, only to find out it was Walters and he went to Stoke, but look what a player he's turned into. Hope Warnock has more luck with this target.
