Major Overhaul again but what you rekon?

    Mannone - Stay
Ustari - Offer him a contract with very low wages (I very much doubt he has been on anything decent in the past)
Westwood - OoC (Out of Contract)
    Pickford - Stay
Bardsley - OoC - we won't pay his wages
Celustka - EoL (end of loan)
    Roberge - Stay
O'Shea - Go - a promoted team will pay a couple of million for his experience and he won't turn it down at his age
Brown - Go - same as above
    Cuellar - OoC
    Vergini - f**k off please
Diakite - Go - I would keep him and play him with Roberge but he will move to Serie A
Alonso - Sign Up - If possible
    Dossena - OoC
    Larsson - OoC
Watmore - Stay - bring him into the first team setup
Ba - Stay - same as above
N'Diaye - Go - would want him to stay but like Diakite he will get a move to a decent club
    Cabral - Go
    Gardner - OoC
Colback - OoC - will stay in the prem
    Vaughan - OoC
    Bridcutt - Stay
Cattermole - Go - Stoke will be back in, even if not he will be playing prem football next season
Ki - Go - will be back at Swansea next season
Mavrias - Stay - Championship might bring the best out of the lad, surprised he aint had more chances
Johnson - Go - will get a decent move
Giaccherini - Go - Back to Italy
Moberg-Karlsson - Stay - bring him into the first team setup
Borini - Go - Back to Liverpool
Fletcher - Go - hopefully we get a decent sum of money (cannot see anyone paying above 6m)
Altidore - Go - anywhere just please go
    Wickham - Stay
Graham - Go - this would be his level but cannot see Gus wanting him
Scocco - Stay - we paid 4m for the lad and he clearly aint adapted yet. Deserves a chance next year but if some club is prepared to give us our money back for him he will be off

    would like to see...

    Mannone
    ?????? - Diakite - Roberge - Alonso
    Bridcutt
    ?????? - ??????
    Mavrias - Wickham - Scocco

    Can't really argue with this.

I do think that if we get the right system with wingers and full backs bombing crosses in Fletcher would be one to keep. Can't see anyone paying more than 3-4mil for him and tbh I'd rather keep him for that price.

Don't forget, all contracts will have a relegation wage reduction of quite a bit I'd guess - so some wages might not be as high as they are now.

Poolie! I think you have pretty much certain got that spot on mate. Only possible exception may be the retention of N Daiye the word is, he isnt on big wages at all.

I hope and prey we can keep Cattermole, the one outfield player who has never let his head drop and always fights for the shirt, I ****ing love the lad me for being the one man out there that seems to stand up and represent the club, the fans, what it means to play for the club.

It will be tough to keep him, because despite the press and referees, I've rarely met a fan of another club who doesn't appreciate Catts qualities, but I hope that he has a little love for the club that might encourage him to stay.

I think bar that Poolie has nailed it, Bardo, often held up as a strong character, he's been one of the worst recently, last night was about the limit for me for Ki, gutless, I think I see now what Laudrup did.

AJ we know will leave, which is a shame because he has given more than most, Vito deserves to move, but I will be absolutely delighted if he sticks with us.

That's it for me, the rest can go, we should be scouting the Dutch and Scandinavian leagues for midfielders and defenders now, but we won't be, we simply won't learn and will be looking for 30 plus has beens available for nowt.

I'm against the idea of bringing young lads in this season, it's my belief that this ruined Ben Alnwick, playing him in a side that had no competitive spirit, but Bally & Gus should be bigging them up now and getting fire into them that they will be first team next season.

Gorrin, Karlsson, Ba, Mavrias, Laing, Mandron, Pickford & several more, they should be building these lads up right now.

Scocco will be around and he will score goals, but we in essence need at least 12 experienced lads.

The best squad doesn't win the Championship, unless it also has the heart, QPR have shown that, we must start now finding players who will see playing for SAFC as an honour.

    Vito
    RB CB Laing LB
    Catts
    MID MID MID
    Scocco
    Mandron/Whickham

Massive, massive job on, we should already be sounding out the likes of Rhodes, Ings, Barker etc, let's not **** about.

Major overhaul is about to happen. In many ways I'm pleased and I wonder if we'd have been better not appointing PDC last year and getting relegated then.

We need good management of ins/outs to ensure we don't continue to sink like many big relegated clubs have done. Worrying times but the clear out has been needed for years.

I think Gus will be every bit as ruthless as Di Canio mate, he's showed some decorum but managed to make it clear that he knows the squad lacks quality and mentality.

He will clean out the ****.
