Really........ While we may be playing for pride, and in a quest for points...Reasons why it's not over in the eyes of others... Players playing for their future in a quest to be part of the MoN revolution....some will fail... But how our next games effect the whole Prem.. Wolves............we could virtually be the final nail in their Prem lives coffin.. Villa.........struggling big time, and will not want to become invilved in that dog fight..(they're a huge club you know, certain players will vouch for this). Bolton.......maybe by the time we play them, we may well be their final nail also... Fulham..........Currently above us, and pushing the Merseyside teams all the way for 7th...(please MoN try for Dempsey).. Man U..........this could well be the decider for the title........... Season over.......................not by a long way.
I think some of the players will be in the championship next season!. And have you seen Fulham's fixtures!, we will finish above them IF we beat Wolves, Villa and Bolton, draw at Fulham,and could catch Liverpool. And there is £800,000 per place in the premier league (that should pay all the stadium staff a years wages), and Man u is a BIG game for us any time.
Facts are, the players should put in a shift no matter what, they are representing hundreds of thousands of people every week. I'd like a strong finish, and end up 8th at least.
We could be having our most successful season since Super Kev and The Mighty Quinn were at their best, so in my opinion the season is far from over.. Apart from that, we could still have a massive part to play in who wins the title and who goes down..
Season not over for the fans however think the players are in hols mode. Nice dig Syd there Syd, so am I.
