F - it definitely shouldn't be any single driver. I don't know why there are a couple of Hamilton options when the Schumacher option was dropped.
Not good enough man..... joking.. But I reckon I or E would be great to avoid bias to any one particular driver or team, newer members may get scared off...
I think if someone found a picture with a Red Bull, Ferrari and Mclaren fighting it out it would be perfect, but I don't think it's happened yet this season!
I think it is important that any banner which is going to constitute the emblem of the forum for some time, should be very obviously impartial. In spite of the McLaren shots being quite reasonable to expect from a British F1 forum, I think we should try to project a far more impartial image. Lots of the lower shots are good. My favourite is ' i ' because it is full of potency and expectation and gives a great heat haze from the engines and exhausts which will make a nice out of focus type of effect. I believe it was first provided by Mifune and is one of the best banners (if it makes it) that I have seen in any F1 forum around the globe for the past few years. A truly excellent shot.
Can I suggest that if it is a 'draw' between two pictures, that we go to a second ballot to be held over a shorter time frame (2 days maximum for instance). This way it will give an opportunity for all those who voted for the 'losing' pictures, to express an opinion on the consensus favourites. (Very democratic eh?)
I is much better than E... nearly all the title contenders are visible one way or another, and it kind of gives of a warm feeling of "here we go again.." it's a very good picture to put it simply.
