what is a natural left back or for that matter a natural anything? If I go around scoring 20-30 goals a season does that make me a natural goal striker even if I am originally a midfieder

"Bardo is a great tackler as well, one of the best."

Definately Brucey, countless times have i seen him flatten wingers this season. Certainly our player of the season to date

Well as someone who played many moons ago (the league below the old division 4 though just for a few games and a number of serious teams), I started at my preferred right side on the right wing then inside right. I was then told to be a defender, then eventually found my "natural position" as it was stated to me at the time, as left back.

Works for me - ask a footballer.

I captained my secondary school at Centre back and did quite well.......then started playing sunday league in the centre of the park....done quite well....then got signed for Silksworth in the wearside league 3 years ago and play up front for them...which i feel is my best position to date.....

But does this make me a 'natural' centre back?? I gained my footballing brain from playing at centre back for many years....but my best years have come at centre forward......as bardo has moving flanks
