"Asked what he saw as the main difference between his present and former clubs, the midfielder replied: "Titles, I hope. I am 24 and everyone says I am a good player but I haven't won anything. I loved my time with Arsenal but I have never won anything with them. This year, their best player left – Fábregas. If you are going into a team with Agüero, Silva, Tevez, Kompany and all the rest, you must be confident of winning a trophy. I have four years to win one.""

I wonder how it feels to get your dream smashed by your former club :)

Only noticed him when he was subbed off. Did his disappearing act again.

Bolded the important part for you. And he will still finish above Arsenal, in second place which is a higher finish than he ever managed with them. And he is also not at risk of not getting into the Champions League next season.

If so, I just have nothing to say apart from 'Wow'.

Well, perhaps. Unfortunately, if you live by the sword you die by the sword. There is every chance that Man City will consider Nasri "Not good Enough" and sell him to a French second division side, where he will play out his days dreaming of what might have been had he stayed with Arsenal.

I have already heard Man City fans talking about buying new players to be able to "Mount a REAL challege" for the title and with Nasri barely more than a bench player, his place in the squad must be in question.

  7. I think City will now shed a whole host of players - loaning them out to other clubs who cant afford their wages.

Basically they will bring in a whole set of new players for 100's more millions, after signing up Mourinho at the end of the season.

Nasri will be one of the players shipped out, and you know what - I can see him at Spurs next year. That's the type of guy he is. What is almost certain is that his English club career has peaked already and he is on the way out.

Don't see how Chelsea are relevant to this in any way. It's about Samir Nasri and Arsenal.

I'd buy him back if the opportunity arose. Somewhere in the region of £10m <ok>

Samir Nasri and Piers Morgan having a go at each other on twitter. In this situation, you would think all Arsenal fans will being backing Morgan, but sadly he is a ****, so it's the battle of the ****s on twitter tonight.
