Not sure if she's left yet but she is going to do some show on Radio 4 instead, leaving Bill and Susannah to keep presenting the breakfast show.

Her too, don't know he does it, maybe the lopsided goofy expression on his face has a magnetic effect on female minor celebrities!

 

To be fair, having met the cheeky girls they are ropey in the flesh, and their mother looks like the witch from emu

 

I have no idea who any of these people are. Can any of them finish a one-on-one? Or hold the ball up well in a lone striker role?

The BBC's Salford project is an absolute joke - a monumental waste of money.

Sian Williams is one of very few who have not been talked into making the move - she's rejoined Radio 4. But hundreds of other staff are going to be compensated for making the move, and/or rack up thousands in train and hotel expenses (the move is a godsend for Virgin Trains).

That's tens of millions down the drain... and why? Just to fend off accusations of Londoncentricity - even though the Beeb's London operation has always been largely staffed by non-Londoners who will never forget where they came from.

So, the next time you feel like slagging the Beeb off for a silly mistake on the website or for giving up on Football League or F1 coverage, remember where all that money they're saving with those cuts is going.

as for the scottish weather woman she gets right on my nerves with her delightful laugh ...

 

Got it wrong, it was Sian Lloyd I was thinking of.

 

Nothing special, and looks rather old fashioned in a Welsh sort of way.
