Phill who won the Hull Marathon that never was and is an acquaintance of mine is running down there today, hoping he has a good run. Saw the start but can't be arsed watching the rest of it really though interesting to see London, got a friend lives on the banks of the Thames in a posh flat near Canary Wharf so his place gets in the heli shots a lot
Was he on Look North the other night, kicking off about it? It was a stupid **** up wannit. Unbelievable. I actually live off the route, so watched them when they came by, and saw him setting the pace. More or less a sprint on the 20 mile mark, I felt his pain. Remarkable it was.
How did mo Farah do, I've just been flicking on and off. My thoughts of what I've seen, unlucky for that Merril guy, prince Harry seems pretty sound and Nell Mcandrew is looking rough now adays, though I'll give her the benefit of doubt as she just run 26 odd miles.
