I for one wouldnt be in the slightest bit surprised. In fact I fully expect it to all come out one day.

The doctor in question worked for Valencia during the Waiters reign of service . No wonder he's not come close to winning a title since. A lack of performance enhancing drugs will do that .

On a serious note I have read quite a few articles recently that have various people, doctors, physios and even Spanish club chairmen making claims that doping is rife in spain. Why i nothing being done. Better for football to make the steps to investigate rather than it come out in the press. It would be a massive disaster for FIFA, UEFA, Spanish FA and football in general if they either knew o overlooked it.

Of course it could be nothing but no smoke without fire and all that.

 

Strange, thought you would rather like to forget one of your own players avoided a drug test.


Love the logic, doping Doctor = cheating players, also your simplistic view that it is Spanish football, there are dopers in every top league in the world in every sport most likely.

 

Rio is the biggest drug cheat who has never done drugs going

 

No one said he was a drug cheat, I said he avoided a drug test. It carries the same penalty and rightly so. Athletes take "supplements" in every sport. No surprise a few super competitive people look to improve their performance which is essentially what they are doing, not thinking oh I'll cheat my way to that trophy but rather I can run that 100 meters quicker, be stronger ect.

10 years ago if they have tested every footballer in the PL I think the number testing positive would have been a large number indeed

We also sacked them and successfully sued one of them. You supported junky Rio. Yes, one club acted correctly and I thank you for bringing it to everyones attention. Chelsea FC against drugs not condoning it like manure and their fans.
